Behind The Scenes Photos Of Beatles, On Show
The
rare
behind
the
scenes
images
will
be
displayed
on
the
exhibition
that
opens
at
the
Movieum
at
County
Hall
on
the
South
Bank
on
March
12.
The
collection
is
about
the
span
from
1963
to
1970.
The collection includes exclusive photos taken during the making of the video Help and A Hard Day's Night. Also included are the behind the scenes photos taken by the photographer Robert Whitaker, who accompanied the band in their 1966 tour of Japan.
A particular snap shows John Lennon walking past a line of bikini-clad extras while directing the film 'The Magical Mystery Tour' in the year 1967. The exhibition will also showcase a Beatles memorabilia that includes one of John Lennon's Rickenbacker guitars.
