For instance, a fitness blogger in her 30's without kids might think she can help the mother of two kids, who works full time. But can she really relate to this? No right? 3. Don't be afraid to unfollow on social media. If you find yourself getting stressed out because you can't live up to the expectations, stop looking at those people's feeds.
