Especially, in a country like India, there is no dearth of sweet dishes and most of them are delicious! So, it could be quite hard to resist them, if you have a "sweet tooth".

But, most of us would already know that consuming excess sugary foods, chocolates, ice creams, sweets and the likes can have a serious impact on our health!
