1. Persistent Issues:
You will have to be aware of the persistent change in your stomach status, even in the case of gas or odd bowel movement is annoying you.
2. Abdominal Aches:
If the stomach upset is accompanied by issues like stomach pain, crankiness or unexplained weight loss, then this should never be ignored.
3. Blood In Stools:
Blood in stools indicates something very serious and immediate consultation with the doctor is necessary. This is one of the top alarming signs of an upset stomach that you must never ignore.
4. Pain:
If you feel a stab like pain in your gut and if it keeps popping up every now and then, this must never be ignored. This indicates why your upset stomach is not normal.
5. Messed Up Sleep:
