- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- ½ cup of quinoa
- 1 spoon of grated ginger
- 1 spoon of flaxseed oil
- 1/3rd cup of chopped prunes
- ¼th cup of rice milk
- Some prunes
Take a small pot, pour the water and add the quinoa, nutmeg and grated ginger to it. Stir the mixture and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover the pot and simmer it for ten minutes.
Next add the prunes and rice milk. Cover again and cool it for another 5 minutes. Before you consume it, stir and add one spoon of flaxseed oil.
