3. Onion
Consuming onions, right before sex, can not only make your breath smell bad, but can also make your sweat pungent, which can put your partner off!
4. Soy
Consuming soy and soy products before sex can decrease a man's libido, as it suppresses the production of testosterone temporarily.
5. Beer

Cakes, muffins, etc., can also mess with your hormones, as they contain high amounts of sugar and may cause the loss of libido in both men and women.
7. Processed Meat
Eating dishes made from processed meat, right before sex, can also lower the testosterone levels in a man and cause libido loss.
