Foods Made Of White Flour

Omega 6 Fatty Acids

Yes, omega 6 fatty acids are essential but excessive consumption could increase the production of inflammatory compounds in the body. Avoid too much of mayonnaise, vegetable oils, sunflower oil and corn oil.
