1. Sprouted Beans:
Sprouted beans are healthy when eaten early in the morning. They not only help in improving metabolism but also render in losing body fat. Besides all these, this food item has shown subsequent benefit in rendering good health for the teeth. Sprouted beans have a rich fibre content that induces the salivary glands and creates minerals that prevent the teeth from any decay. Soak sprouted beans in water overnight and have them early in the morning.
2. Whole Grains:
Whole grain-containing foods like cereals, brown rice, pasta, and bran have a rich quantity of Vitamin B and iron that are beneficial in keeping your gums healthy. Further, the manganese content of whole grains strengthens the teeth and bones. The fibre content in it helps in easing the digestion process.
3. Lentils:
Lentils such as masoor dal, moong dal, etc., are rich sources of pulses and are beneficial for the body and aid in digestion. Lentils are also good for the teeth because they have a high roughage content that helps in gum and teeth cleansing and increasing the salivation process.
