  • ½ avocado seed
  • Four apples
  • One banana
  • Two lemons
  • One cup of spinach
  • One bunch of parsley
  • ¼th tsp of ginger
  • One stalk of celery


  • Place the seed in a blender and convert it into a fine powder.
  • Divide the ground seed powder into two equal portions.
  • Add all the other ingredients into one half of the mixture.
  • Blend it together until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Strain the mixture before consumption.
  • For one serving, only one half of the seed powder is required. You can consume the other half later for the next serving.
  • Finally, you will get a sweet and sour drink that is rich in antioxidants.
