Any problems related to gas can be treated well with ginger. It has carminative properties that relax the gastrointestinal muscles. Thus, it not only prevents burping, but also reduces bloating. Steep ginger pieces and strain it. Keep it for a while. Add honey and lemon and drink it.
2. Yogurt:
This is one of the handy remedies to cure burping. It helps in increasing the good bacteria in your stomach that help reduce burping. Even for people who suffer from gas due to milk products, yogurt can help a lot.
3. Peppermint:
How to cure burping naturally? Make peppermint tea to get rid of burping and bloating, as it contains antispasmodic properties that help in clearing the digestive tract and prevent gas formation in the stomach.
4. Fennel And Asafoetida:
These two work wonderful if you suffer from continuous burping. Just mix 2 tbsp of fennel and ¼th tsp of asafoetida. Now, add honey to it and have it twice in a day. It will solve your problem without giving further side effects and discomfort.
5. Chamomile:
This is one of the helping herbs to cure burping. Make chamomile tea and have it 2-3 times in a day. Along with solving the burping problem, it gives you relief from abdominal pain and intestinal cramping.
6. Baking Soda & Lemon:
Take 1 tbsp of lemon juice and mix it with ¼th tsp of baking soda. Now, add a glass of water to the mixture and stir it well. Have it regularly before having meals. It will not only prevent burping but also help in the digestion process.
7. Cardamom:
Cardamom contains properties that can boost up the production of digestive juices in your stomach. Thus, it reduces the chance of the formation of gas. You can chew a whole pod or make a concoction with cardamom powder and honey and have it after your meals.
8. Papaya:
