How many of us want an easy way to lose weight and stay healthy without putting in a lot of effort? I guess there will be many raised hands as an answer to this question.

Well, bid your worries adieu and start jogging instead to have that envious figure and a fresh mind.

Jogging not only helps you lose weight but it also freshens you up and makes you feel energetic.

While jogging, the only 'weight-loss instruments' you need are your limbs and not some heavy weights as required in a gym.

There's nothing as good as being able to jog outdoors, as it allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature while providing you enough of fresh air that gyms or indoor workouts cannot provide.

a) Quite obviously, it helps you lose weight, thus making you look more beautiful.

However, if you have any medical conditions, then you should consult a medical practitioner to know whether jogging is safe for you or not.

Also, while jogging, certain things should be kept in mind, both for beginners as well as the experienced ones. So, joggers take a note of the following Do's and Don'ts of jogging.

Before starting your daily jogging regimen, warm up your body by stretching, so as to charge up your tired muscles.

Staying in sweat-drenched clothes after jogging increases your chances of getting hypothermia by decreasing the body temperature further. So, you should change your clothes if they are wet.

You should not jog in remote areas, especially while jogging alone or while jogging without carrying an identity card, as doing so might pose a threat to your safety and security when you are on the roads.
