Clean Your Mobile Daily To Keep Harmful Bacteria At Bay; Follow These Tips
Your mobile phone is infected with harmful bacteria; clean it daily to ensure your health is not threatened.
Do you ensure that your mobile phone is clean enough? Years ago, a study had found out that 92 per cent of the phones are infected with bacteria, which makes it very important to clean your device daily, so that your own health isn't threatened.
But, how to clean a mobile phone? You can not just wash it with water and also you are not aware enough to ensure that your phone should be kept clean.
Here are some tips on how to keep your phone clean to save you from various health hazards:
1. Wipe your phone as many times as you can: There are various anti-bacterial wipes available in the market, but you can also keep the microfiber phone-wiping kits at your home to get the desired results. You can also make your own cleaning solution by equally mixing alcohol and distilled water. You can also mix white vinegar and distilled water. Any other water can leave behind residue.
2. Use a UV sanitizer: This is another device to clean your mobiles. Buy a UV sanitizer to neutralise the germs on your phone. However, this might not be a fool-proof measure to sanitize your phone.
3. Use toothpicks: For the small nooks and corner in your mobile, it is not easy to reach out to clean the dirt and the bacteria that grow there. Use a plain toothpick to flush out the bacteria that have made your favourite device their own home.
4. A cotton swab can help: It is better to use the cotton swab to clean your mobile than your ears. Take a fresh new stick, soak it in a cleaning solution and run it over the phone's surface. Don't force, however, as that can leave a scratch.
5. Cleaning the headphones: Along with the device, it is also important to take care of your headphones. Remove the silicon covers while cleaning the headphones. Use a cotton swab to give it a thorough cleaning. Also, allow them to dry before using them. But cleaning headphones are very important, as bacteria also take shelter in them.
However, it is important to take note of the fact that manufacturers give specific advices in cleaning up mobile phones. Some, for example, ask not to use alcohol, ammonia and other cleaning substances to clean the mobile phone. While others say they can be used in moderation. Hence, it is your responsibility to go through whatever cleaning advices your phone's maker has for you and follow the rules accordingly.
