Though everybody talks about losing weight, there are so many people who are underweight. They wish to gain a few kilos to look fuller.
This is true especially for those with a a fast metabolism. Whatever they eat, doesn't show up on the body. This could make them feel depressed as an anorexic look may ruin their appearance.

Note: Choose only one smoothie per day from the below 6 options. Over consuming can cause fat accumulation. Also, consult your doctor to know whether your current health condition permits the ingredients of the below smoothies.
Take a glass of whole milk. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter to it. Cut a banana into pieces and add all three of them to a blender. Enjoy the smoothie once a day preferably after your workout.
Add a teaspoon of coconut oil to a cup of Greek yoghurt. Add avocado slices and a teaspoon of chia seeds and blend it well. Enjoy the smoothie after an evening walk.

Add 2 walnuts, one crushed apple and a sliced banana to a glass of milk and blend it well. Enjoy its taste!

Add a teaspoon of cocoa powder to a glass of milk. Add a scoop or whey protein powder. Mix a tea spoon of peanut butter too. Add a few drops of honey to the whole mixture and blend it well before enjoying it post workout.

Add 2 scoops of ice cream to the blender and add a sliced strawberry and 5-6 cashew nuts. Blend them well and enjoy it.
Mash a banana into pulp and add it to a glass of milk. Add half a cup of groundnut powder and a scoop of whey protein powder. Blend it well. You can try this as a pre-workout smoothie.
Most of these smoothies add up to your calorie consumption and can add a kilo of weight to your body in a span of 10 days if you workout regularly and consume the smoothies.
