The risk of breast cancer in women is increasing in today's world and the World Health Organization (WHO) has predicted that by 2020, the number of breast cancer cases will increase at an alarming rate.

It is estimated that one in every eight women will develop this disease in her lifetime. There are several reasons behind breast cancer; however, one major risk has been found to be the food choices.

The grave scenario in India is that breast cancer has been declared the most common form of cancer, after cervical cancer, which is the most deadliest form of cancer.
