But are they really healthy? These labels could be confusing. Many a times we eat foods considering it to be healthy but they are actually not. They contain artificial sugar and colour that can cause inflammation.

You need to properly check the foods and its contents before consuming.Food is the basic requirement for a healthy you. Hence, taking care of the food that you eat is very important.

Most of these items contains sugar alcohols, xylitol is the popular one. These ingredients undergo a lot of processing and are derived from GMO ingredients like corn which are known to cause headache, allergic reaction and stomach bloating.

In addition to this, the resin linings of tin cans contain bisphenol-A (BPA) a synthetic estrogen that has been linked to reproductive problems , heart disease, diabetes, and obesity.
