9 Natural Sources Of Electrolytes
Electrolytes play a very important role in our survival. What are electrolytes? Well, they are nothing but minerals that possess electric charge. Your blood and some of the bodily fluids contain electrolytes.

Chloride, potassium and sodium are some of the electrolytes seen in the human body. Electrolytes play an important role in maintaining fluid levels in your body. When the electrolytes exceed their levels, your kidneys excrete the excess amounts to maintain the right balance.
But that is why you might need to replenish minerals in order to compensate the lost electrolytes. Even movements like contraction of muscles need electrolytes. Your body needs to maintain proper electrolyte levels to function efficiently.

Salt
Too much of salt can cause health issues but you also need a bit of salt as it contains sodium. Salty food can provide electrolytes but don't overeat them.

Lemon water is a great source to get some potassium and magnesium. It can give a quick boost.
