Sweating is a natural and an essential body process that helps the body to stay cool. Sweating is necessary to maintain the body's usual thermo-regulatory mechanism and fluids. The amount of sweat produced can be due to physiological stimuli of heat, emotion or eating.

Excessive sweating is known as hyperhidrosis. This is one condition that would have a weighty effect on any part of the body, particularly the palms of the hands, underarms or feet. Clinically, it is a condition where noticeable sweating occurs under various conditions. It is not normally expected to occur or can occur in excess.

1. Corn Starch
Referred to as maize starch, corn starch usually used for thickening soups or sauces is a natural water absorbing agent that can eliminate sweating in hands and feet as well as underarm odour. Using corn starch throughout the palms can help to limit excessive sweating. It is natural and safe for frequent usage. Dusting corn starch on your hands manages to soak the excess moisture. It is odourless and will not cause any kind of an irritation when regularly applied on hands. Corn starch helps to soak up the sweat in the palms and make it dry. It works as a natural antiperspirant that is a perfect remedy for hyperhidrosis.
2. Rose Water

Uncontrollable sweat is caused by hyperhidrosis and it can be staved off by home remedies. Try using organic rose water to repress this recurring problem. Mix equal parts of rose water and vinegar and use this ingredient every morning after you wake up. You can also make your own rose water by boiling the petals in water. Drinking tomato juice can also be beneficial at keeping your internal body temperature down. Try to soak your hands in the juice for a few minutes to keep them sweat free and dry. The levels of sodium in the juice can dry the palms. Remember to be chary if you are having rashes in your hands, as the high acidity levels in the juice can cause irritation.
Regularly wiping your hands with alcohol-based wipes can help to shrink the pores. It is easier to control the sweating, especially if you are in the midst of an office meeting. 6. Black Tea

7. Cold Water
Soaking your sweaty hands in cold water for 30 minutes a day can keep the sweats at bay. It manages to mitigate the problem to a great extent. Soaking your hands in cold water can prevent your palm from sweating for about 3 hours.
8. Lemon Juice
Lemon has citric acid, which serves as a natural deodorant and is beneficial in controlling sweating. The citric acid can eliminate bacteria and give a pleasant flagrance to your hands. You can rub half a lemon on your palms by gently squeezing them. Leave it overnight and rinse off with water after waking up in the morning. If you are sensitive to lemon juice, then make sure to dilute it with some water.
9. Sandalwood Powder
The white sandalwood powder used in Ayurveda has the power to control excessive sweating in the hands and feet. Sandalwood can absorb the moisture from the skin and keep them dry. Take 1 tbsp of sandalwood powder and then add lemon juice and rose water to make a fine paste. Apply this ingredient to the sweaty affected area and rinse it off after 20 minutes
Potato has the quality to absorb excess water from the body and can even lessen perspiration. It is an effective remedy for sweaty palms and feet. You can rub the potato juice using a cotton ball on the sweat-prone areas for a few minutes. Let it dry and wash it off. Potato juice absorbs the excess sweat and it manages to further avert sweating.
