Further, it is known to clear the sinus cavities and thins out the accumulated mucus and avoids any kind of breathing difficulties.
The simplest way to use it is to mix it with some water. But you can bost its effect by adding other beneficial ingredients to it.
Try The Apple Cider Vinegar Drink:
You can mix 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar with 8 oz of water. You can increase the amounts and mix ¾ of a cup of apple cider vinegar and 16 oz of water to it.
Apple Cider Vinegar Mix:
Mix two spoons of apple cider vinegar and a cup of warm water and prepare an efficient rinse with it. This rinse can clear out the nasal passage as it gets rid of the accumulated mucus in the cavities.
Apple Cider And Honey Drink:
You will require 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar, 8 oz of warm water and 1 spoon of honey. Due to the powerful antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of honey, the irritation and throat inflammation is reduced.
You can prepare this by adding the honey and apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water. Drinking this mixture will help relieve sinusitis and prevents its recurrence.
Apple Cider Vinegar Steam:
You will need ½ cup of apple cider vinegar, ½ cup of water, a saucepan and a towel.
In a saucepan, pour water and mix it with apple cider vinegar. Heat it for a few minutes. Put a towel over the head and inhale the steam of this mixture. Repeat this procedure several times during the day to cure sinus infection.
Apple Cider Vinegar Decongestant:
You will require ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar, ¼ of lemon juice, ½ spoon of powdered ginger, ½ spoon of cayenne powder and 3 spoons of raw honey.
Lemon juice is rich in vitamin C that helps cure infection. Ginger is known to be high in anti-inflammatory ingredients that has a significant effect on sinus infection.
In a pot, mix lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Add the other ingredients and pour the mixture into a glass jar.
Take 1-2 spoons of this remedy in order to remove the mucus from the nasal passages and also promotes easier breathing.
