Let's admit it, as humans we are prone to at least a few diseases in our life-time, if not many, right?

However, taking too many antibiotics too often can have major side effects like, indigestion, fatigue, dryness of the eyes and vagina, etc.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar

4. Red Chillies

7. Turmeric
