Running to the doctors each time you get sick can be inconvenient and expensive. There are many ingredients found in our kitchens that come with great medicinal properties.
If you are looking for a natural way to find relief from fever, cold and viral flu, then you must try this homemade ginger-garlic soup.
Recipe To Prepare The Soup
- Garlic - 30-40 cloves
- Ginger - 2 cups
- Lime juice - 3 tablespoons
A recent research has shown that using about 30-40 cloves of garlic to prepare the soup helps to provide a quick relief from the cold, flu and fever.
Garlic contains allicin, which is said to be stronger agent than certain antibiotics prescribed for flu.
When about 40 cloves of garlic are crushed, the amount of allicin produced will be enough to help kill the bacteria or the virus responsible for causing the ailment.
