One Homemade Drink That Cures Weakness & Fatigue In Just 5 Minutes !
Human body comprises of about 60-70 percent of water. So when the level of water content in the body is less, it leads to a host of health hazards. Weakness, dizziness and fatigue are the first few symptoms which one might notice when there is lack of water in the body.
In order to deal with this problem, hydrating the body with Oral Rehydration Salt (ORS) is the first and foremost thing one needs to do. This ORS can be quickly prepared at home which provides instant cure for weakness and fatigue in just five minutes.

Though the ORS is available over the counter in any medical store, but in case of an emergency one need not worry, as this drink can be easily prepared at home.
Apart from weakness and fatigue, there are several other health issues like dry lips, bad breath, headache, increase in heart beat, etc., which arises with dehydration. Also if not taken care of on time it might lead to serious health problems as well.

This drink ORS is believed to contain sodium, potassium, magnesium and all the needed electrolytes which the body loses when there is lack of water. It thus helps to regain the lost fluid in our body.
Here is this simple procedure to prepare ORS at home. Take a look:
Method To Prepare ORS:
To prepare this all that you need is a jar of water, five tablespoon of sugar and just about half a tablespoon of salt.
Take a jar and, fill it with clean drinking water. Add about five tablespoons of sugar and, half tablespoon of salt. Mix it well using a spoon until the contents are fully mixed. You should be very careful about the amount of sugar and salt you use to prepare it.
Do not add anything extra, apart from this. You should not use any added colour or artificial sweeteners. Once your homemade ORS is ready, pour it in a glass and then just drink it. You can drink this all throughout the day.
For its storage, you can mix it and store it in your refrigerator. But see to it that you do not use this mixed ORS after 24 hours. You need to prepare a fresh one if it exceeds 24 hours.
This is one of the most simplest and natural hydrating agents which can be instantly prepared at home, and this provides cure for weakness and fatigue within just five minutes.
