Well, when a person is undergoing a strict weight loss session, he/she has to take an adequate care of the food that he/she consumes.

But when you are undergoing the hunger phase, the mind automatically tends to forget diet and initiates the body to grab a nearby samosa or a burger from the nearby stall.
