1. Breath In, Breathe Out:
Sit on your chair with your feet on the floor. Inhale deeply and count till six. Hold your breath while relaxing your shoulders and jaw. Exhale slowly while counting till six. Repeat this for some time.
2. I'm Here:
Relax your shoulders on your seat. Sit up tall and close your eyes. Inhale the words 'I am' and exhale the words 'here'. Do this over and over again.
3. Walking Meditation:
Taking a short walk up and down a long hallway or the stairs can be done. Take four steps inhaling and four steps exhaling. This is known as walking meditation.
4. Nature Meditation:
Breathe in and out near places where you can find trees in your office. Three big inhales and exhales for sometime will do.
5. Smile And Practice Gratitude:
Take in a deep breath and think of something that you're grateful for. Then, exhale and smile about it. Notice how your mood shifts instantly.
