-2 tablespoons buttermilk/yogurt

-A sprig of fresh coriander

  1. Boil the pre soaked chickpeas until soft and drain.
  2. Cut the cucumber, tomato and avocado into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, add the cubed veggies, drained chickpeas.
  4. Add the lemon juice, buttermilk, salt and mix well.
  5. Finely chop the coriander leaves and add to the salad.
  6. Your healthy fresh salad is ready.
