She has worked as the Cheif Dietician across various Super Speciality Hospitals in South India.
Dr Swarupa was the one who took the initiative in establishing the Dietary and Food Service Department for Apollo Hospital in Nellore.
Published and presented many papers in journals, conferences and print media and given talks in many forums.
Dr Swarupa is a member of Indian Dietetic Association – (IDA) and Nutritional Society of India – (NSI)
