With over 21 years of experience, he has executed about 7700 open heart surgeries.

His special interests in Cardiac include coronary artery reconstruction for diffuse coronary artery disease, minimally invasive cardiac surgery and valvular heart surgery, including mitral valve repair, and mitral and aortic.

He has interests in valve replacement procedures, including Surgery for Atrial Fibrillation and Left Atrial Reduction, Stentless Aortic Valve Replacement and Paediatric Heart Surgery.

He has more than 50 publications in National and International Journals and more than 75 presentations in National and International meetings.
