Fenugreek
leaves-

gms
(chopped)
Cumin
seeds-

Sesame
seeds-

tbsp
Turmeric
powder-
¼
tbsp
Red
chilli
powder-

tbsp
Salt-
to
taste
Oil
Procedure
1.
In
a
bowl,
add
wheat
flour,
fenugreek
leaves,
cumin
seeds,
sesame
seeds,
turmeric
powder,
red
chilli
powder
and
salt
with
right
amount
of
water.
Knead
it
well
till
you
make
a
dough
out
of
it.
2.
Keep
this
dough
aside
for
20
minutes.
3.
Now,
make
the
dough
into
small
circles
and
roll
them
into
flat
shapes.
Do
not
make
the
rolls
too
thin.
Since
it
is
puri,
the
dough
must
be
thick.
4.
In
the
meantime,
take
a
pan
and
heat
oil
in
it.
Now,
deep
fry
these
rolls
on
medium
flame
till
it
becomes
golden
brown.

- While rolling the dough, you can add little ghee to it in order to make it softer and smoother.
- Methi puris are deep fried. After you take them out of the pan, you can drain the oil by putting the puris in tissue paper. The excess oil gets drained, and it will be healthier for you.
