Crispy Methi Puri Recipe

All You Need

Flour- 2 cups
Fenugreek leaves- 200 gms (chopped)
Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder- ¼ tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Salt- to taste
Oil

Procedure

1. In a bowl, add wheat flour, fenugreek leaves, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt with right amount of water. Knead it well till you make a dough out of it.
2. Keep this dough aside for 20 minutes.
3. Now, make the dough into small circles and roll them into flat shapes. Do not make the rolls too thin. Since it is puri, the dough must be thick.
4. In the meantime, take a pan and heat oil in it. Now, deep fry these rolls on medium flame till it becomes golden brown.
