Spinach is a green leafy vegetable which is healthy and nutritious. It is rich in Vitamins, proteins such as iron, magnesium to name a few. As it is winter, you can have the delicious and easy to make spinach soup every evening and have a healthy digestive system and look beautiful also! Following is the recipe to make spinach soup with cream.

Spinach soup with cream recipe, healthy snack:

Ingredients

2 cups spinach
1 chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
2-3 tbsp butter
1 ' cups cream
salt
black pepper
oil

Directions to make spinach soup recipe:

1. Soak spinach leaves in hot water for 5 minutes and then clean the leaves. Boil the leaves and then grind with little water if required. Make a green thick puree.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and garlic. Saute for a minute and then add salt and black pepper.

3. Now add the spinach puree and cream in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add water if required and bring it to boil. When the soup becomes thick, take it off flame.

Spinach soup with cream is ready. Garnish with little cream and serve it hot with bread sticks. Enjoy the snack!
