Coriander And Lemon Clear Soup Recipe

coriander

onion

Lemon
juice-
2tbsp

Vegetable
stock-

Black
peppercorns-
4-5
(crushed)
9.
Salt-
as
per
taste

Butter-
1tsp
Procedure
1.
Melt
butter
in
a
frying
pan.
Saute
the
onion,
ginger,
garlic
and
spring
onion
bulb
on
a
low
flame.
2.
Mix
and
cook
till
they
become
translucent.
It
should
take
about
4
minutes
for
the
vegetables
to
cook.
3.
Now
pour
the
vegetables
stock
into
the
pan
and
bring
it
to
boil.
4.
Add
the
coriander
leaves,
lemon
juice,
salt
and
black
peppercorns
and
mix
well.
5.
Once
the
soup
thickens,
turn
off
the
flame.
Coriander lemon clear juice is ready to serve. Garnish with some butter and have it hot.
