Fried Bananas

Ingredients:

Big Bananas- 3 (Not too ripe)
Maida – As required
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Sugar- 3 Tsp
Salt- A pinch
Oil- For deep frying

Method:

Prepare a batter by mixing maida, sugar, salt, turmeric powder and water. It should be thick in the consistency, with no lumps. Keep it aside. (If you want the dish to be more crispy, add a little rice flour to the mix).

Cut the bananas horizontally into two pieces and slice it lengthwise into 3 pieces.

Dip the banana slices into the batter and deep fry both sides, till golden brown.

Put them to a tissue paper to remove the excess oil. Fried bananas are ready. It is a delicious 4 O'clock snack.
