Desi Homemade Pizza - Veggie Pizza Recipe

Desi Homemade Pizza Ingredients:

1. A ready made pizza base

2. 1/2 cup tomato (chopped)

3. 1/2 cup capsicum (chopped)

4. 1/2 cup sweet corn (boiled)

5. 1 cup onion (finely chopped)

6. 2 tsps tomato sauce

7. 2 tsps vegetable oil

8. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

9. 1 garlic clove (optional)

10. 1/4 tsp ginger paste

11. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp (or as per your taste)

12. Garam masala (optional) - 1/2 tsp

13. 1 cup cheese (grated)

14. Black pepper powder as per your taste

15. Salt as per your taste

Desi Homemade Pizza Preparation:

1. Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds and chopped onion, capsicum for 10-15 mins.

2. Then, add crushed garlic, tomato and fry for 5 mins. Add all spices listed above with salt and stir for 2 mins. Leave the mixture to cool.

3. Saute paneer cubes well with spices and leave to cool.

4. On a pizza base, spread the sauce and the cooked vegetable mixture. Also spread boiled sweetcorn all over the base. Sprinkle grated cheese all over the mixture and bake it for 10-15 mins at 250 degrees F.

5. Remove the baked pizza from oven and cut into pieces. tasty veggie pizza recipe is ready in minutes.
