Recipe:
1 half-cut potato (sliced)
12 strawberries

  • Put the sliced potato and strawberry in the grinder.
  • Blend the potato and strawberry into a smooth paste.
  • Strain the potato and strawberry paste and gets its juice.
  • Apply the juice with your hands all over your face and skin.
  • The wait time for potato and strawberry face pack is 20 minutes.
  • Once you are sure that the potato and strawberry face pack is dry, wash it off with water.

10 carrots
1/2 a small cup of rose water

  • Peel the carrots, cut them into pieces and put them in the mixer.
  • Once the carrot is blended, put it in a strainer and collect the fresh juice.
  • Now, in the carrot juice, add the rose water that you have and stir, till it blends.
  • Store this carrot-rose water mixture in a spray bottle.
  • Use it twice a day on your face to get a glowing skin. This carrot rose water mixture can be used even before and after makeup.

Tomatoes work on any skin type. Tomatoes encourage collagen and elastin production in the skin, which leads to softness and cleansing. It also tightens skin pores. Recipe:
1 tomato
1 tablespoon of fresh aloe vera gel

  • Blend the tomato in a blender to its puree form.
  • In the tomato puree, add the aloe vera gel. Do not use packaged aloe vera gel in this tomato face pack recipe.
  • Mix the tomato puree and aloe vera gel.
  • The face pack is little liquid like in nature, so apply slowly on your skin and in an upward direction.
  • The wait time after applying this tomato face pack is 30 minutes or longer, till it is dry.
  • Wash off with clean water.
Cucumber

Cucumber is a favourite of human skin, irrespective of types or problems. The juice of cucumber rejuvenates tired and dull skin. Ensure that the cucumber you use is fresh and do not try storing the suggested cucumber face pack.

Recipe:
1/2 cucumber
2 tablespoons of almond butter

  • Peel, chop the cucumber into pieces and blend it into a paste.
  • Take the almond butter in a bowl and add the cucumber paste to it.
  • Mix the almond butter and cucumber paste into a smoothie-like texture.
  • Use your hands or a brush to apply this cucumber face pack all over.
  • Wait up to 30 minutes and do rinse off with clean water.

This root vegetable also works excellent on the skin, only if you know how to apply it. Ginger is good to use if you are suffering from pigmentation or skin tan problems. The suggested ginger face pack recipe can be saved in your refrigerator for future use.

Recipe:
1/2 a small cup of sugar
1/4th small cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger
1/2 a teaspoon of lime juice

  • In a bowl, put the sugar and olive oil and mix them.
  • Add the ginger and lime juice to the sugar mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • The texture of this ginger face pack will be little coarse and rough.
  • Massage it on your face like a scrubber.
  • After ten minutes, wash with water.
  • In case you have leftover ginger face pack, you can keep it in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
