Tips To Prevent Age Spots
To prevent age spots from occurring, follow these measures:
Use Sunscreen:
Apply sunscreen, preferably SPF 30, at least half an hour before stepping outside. This will help protect your skin from the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun. Reapply it after every two hours once if you are swimming or if you perspire a lot.
Cover Up:
Wear clothing that covers your hands and legs. A broad-brimmed sun hat gives you more protection than a baseball cap.
