Change Your Bathing Routine

If you are having eczema, then water bath alone may not benefit the skin. You could change your bathing routine as follows:

Add a cup of mineral oil to your lukewarm bathing water and go for it.

Oatmeal bath is a trusted remedy for eczema.

Milk and olive oil in equal proportions added to your bathing water can provide you relief from your eczema problem.



On the affected area, a light coat of turmeric paste can soothe the irritation.

The recipe for turmeric paste is, mix a tablespoon of turmeric powder in three tablespoons of rose water and make a thick paste out of it.

Apply a thin layer of this turmeric paste on your eczema-prone areas and then let it dry at its own.

The ideal way to apply glycerin is, mix equal portions of glycerin with water. Keep this in a spray bottle.

This can be applied two-five times in a day, if it renders benefits to your skin or the problem.
