remover.

apply
a
base
coat
on

clear

paint.

for

dry
before
moving
in

coat

paint.

can
apply
2-3
coats
of
the
pink
nail
paint
until
you

the
intensity

desire.

Allow
the

dry
completely.

neon

paint
on

dotting
tool
or

paint
brush.

Dot
it
down
at
the
centre
of

nail,
lift

little
and
drag
it
all

way
to

start
of

drips

preference

coat
