Dry wind is a major cause of hair damage during winters. Also wearing hats and overuse of heating products can also lead to hair damage. This can also cause split ends and hair fall. Egg And Honey Mask
Honey helps in locking up the moisture on your hair and thus keeps your hair and scalp hydrated throughout. In a bowl mix together egg and a cup of raw honey. Massage this mas on your hair and scalp. Make sure to cover the whole hair with this mixture. Allow it to stay for 30 minutes and later on wash it off in regular shampoo.
Aloe Vera And Lemon Juice
Aloe vera is the best ingredient in soothing the scalp and deep conditioning the hair. Cut an aloe vera leaf and take out the white gel from it. If you don't have aloe vera plant you can also use the ready-made aloe vera gel. Add a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice into it and mix both the ingredients well. Apply this on your hair covering the roots and tips of the hair and leave it on for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes you can wash it off on normal water with your favourite shampoo.
Banana And Olive Oil
This mask can make your hair smooth and soft even during the harsh windy climate. Take a ripe banana and peel off. The next step is to mash it to make a smooth paste. Add few drops of olive oil into the banana paste. Combine both the ingredients well. Apply this on your hair and scalp and let it stay for about half an hour. Later you can wash it off in normal water and shampoo.
Pumpkin And Honey
Yes, you read that right. Pumpkin can be used as a mask to protect your hair from damage. Peel off the skin of half pumpkin and cut it into small pieces. Blend these pieces to make a smooth paste. Add a few drops of honey into it and combine both the ingredients well. Apply this on your hair and scalp and massage for few minutes. After massaging for few minutes you can further leave it for 30-45 minutes. Rinse off the mask in normal water later.
