By Riddhi Roy

We have all heard of essential oils being present in our shower gels and conditioners. But aren't we all a little bit wary of using them on their own?

This is because they can be very potent if they are on their own. Plus, all the different essential oils available in the markets can really confuse us.

Fear not, for we have compiled a list of amazing essential oils. We have used them and seen the benefits for ourselves, and we wouldn't want to keep you away from these magical benefits of essential oils.

These oils are extremely potent and have been used for centuries to treat multiple ailments. Most essential oils are made by a process of distillation. Since they are so concentrated, they always need to be diluted with a carrier oil, otherwise they can burn the skin.

These are the reasons why a lot of people hesitate when it comes to using them for their skin and hair.

But trust us, if you know how to use them, you will feel the amazing benefits of adding them to your beauty routine.

Here are some essential oils that you should definitely try using.
