Add 1 cup of fine ground oats to your bathing water. Mix until the water turns milky. Mix a few drops of tea tree oil to the solution. Soak in the water for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with plain water. Pat dry.

Here is what you need to do for this. Mix a tablespoon of besan with a required amount of water to make a smooth paste. Apply it liberally on the affected area. Let it stand for 30 minutes. Scrub and rinse.
