Four months after quietly marrying rapper Badshah, Punjabi actress Isha Rikhi has fans worried - not because of anything she's said, but because of what she posted. A single Instagram reel, paired with a caption about storms and prayers, has set off a fresh round of divorce speculation around a couple who otherwise keep their relationship almost entirely offline.
The video itself tells its own story. It opens on a happy clip of the two together, moves through wedding footage and a group photo, and ends on a shot of Isha in tears while Badshah holds her. The caption read: "Every storm is a lesson. Every prayer is hope," alongside folded-hands and broken-heart emojis. For a couple who had barely posted about each other since their wedding, the sudden vulnerability struck fans as a signal that something wasn't right.
A Comment Section That Fed The Rumours
What really pushed the speculation into overdrive wasn't the post - it was the replies. Actress Jasmin Bhasin commented "Stay strong," and Shruti Sodhi added "Lessons indeed." Neither comment confirmed anything, but both were read by fans as tacit acknowledgement that Isha was going through something difficult, and the divorce rumours took off from there.
A Marriage That Was Never Loudly Confirmed
Badshah and Isha's relationship has been unusual from the start in how little either of them has said about it publicly. Rumours of a wedding first surfaced in March 2026, when Isha's mother, Poonam Rikhi, posted glimpses of an intimate ceremony - Badshah in a brown kurta pyjama and golden safa, Isha in bridal wear. Badshah initially denied the marriage reports despite the photos doing the rounds. Isha eventually confirmed it herself, months later, during an Instagram Ask Me Anything session.
That pattern - visuals leaking out, followed by silence, followed by a delayed and indirect confirmation - has repeated itself with this latest post too. Neither Badshah nor Isha has directly addressed the divorce chatter.
Badshah's First Marriage Ended The Same Quiet Way
This isn't new territory for Badshah. He was previously married to Jasmine Masih; the two divorced in 2020 and share a daughter, Jessemy Grace Masih Singh, born in 2017. Speaking about that split on a podcast in 2024, Badshah said both he and Jasmine had tried to make the marriage work before deciding to part ways. As with this current rumour cycle, that relationship also played out largely away from direct public comment, with fans left to piece things together from fragments.
