Things To Do During Ramzan
Ramzan or Ramadan marks the ninth month of the Islamic calendar. It is the time when you purify the mind, heart and soul. Roza is the one month long fasting that is done to seek solace and purify oneself physically and mentally. In Islam, Ramzan is a strict fast where you need to follow rules and regulations.
For example, bad habits like smoking or drinking should be avoided during Ramzan. It is the time for spiritual awakening so indulge in good activities like donating, charity work (Zakat), offering prayers etc. Moreover, most of the Muslims fast during Ramzan to clean and detox their body. So, it should not be done for dieting but for spiritual purposes like purifying soul, mind and body.
So, there are a set of do's and donts that you need to follow during the festival of Ramzan. Ramzan is the time to take the name of Allah and offer prayers to Him. The couples should not get intimate during this one month and the men are supposed to visit the mosque and take the blessings of Allah. On this eve of spiritual awakening, here are few things that you must do during Ramadan.
