6 Awkward Moments In Your Married Life

Contrary to what we imagine, married life is full of surprises. Some we love and cherish forever, some are painful and others are really awkward. Some of these awkward moments in your married life may embarrass you, make you laugh or even infuriate you. These awkward moments occur during the course of any marriage.

Most often, things get uncomfortable only when other people are involved in a situation. But there are also some awkward moments that are shared only between a married couple. Many couples fight over these moments and then laugh about it later.

If you are married, you will be able to relate to these terribly awkward moments that occur once you are married.

Awkward Moments

Opps! I farted: We all let one harmless fart go once in a while. This usually happens at home, when your guard is down. But now, there is your spouse living with you in your home and the first time you forget that you are not alone and let one loose is really embarrassing.

Your husband wants to make love and you are not waxed: Women are conscious and defensive about their body. Even after being married, most women don't want their spouse to see them in a hairy avatar. The first time he sees you unwaxed is a moment of great anxiety because he might find it disgusting.

You are using the toilet and your spouse walks in: This awkward moment is bound to occur at least once in everyone's married life. Lets just hope that the spouse doesn't crinkle his/her nose and say 'Yuck'!

Introducing your spouse: The first time you introduce your spouse as 'my husband' or ' my wife' is very awkward. It is not like you don't want to acknowledge your spouse. It is just that the fact that you are a 'husband' or 'wife' sinks when you say it for the first time.

Your mom-in-law introduces you to her friends: Having one mom-in-law in your life is bad enough. Imagine having a room full of women who are equivalents of your mother-in-law! It is a sheer nightmare. You feel like you are being judged by a 100 pair of eyes.

Talking after the first fight: When couples fight for the first time, it is usually an intense affair. A period of no talking may follow. Breaking the ice after the first fight is really awkward. This is because you still don't know how your spouse will react.
