Being in a relationship gives you the best possible feeling. After all you have someone to care for you, to be with you whenever you are low or have an issue. You will see that he can put you down, get hyper, lose control, or worse still make you feel that you don’t do enough to get out of the situation or it is your fault that you are in it.

The day you being lowering your self worth, and possibly take over all the blame on yourself, is the day that you have literally involved yourself in an emotional relationship. Yes, emotional relationships can pose a major burden on your self worth and make you realize that you are at fault all the while.

No Celebration for you
What happens when you share an achievement with your partner? Does it go recognized, or unrecognized? Does he feel happy about the whole thing, or no? Well, in case he just puts you down enough to make you feel bad, then sorry to say you are in an emotional relationship.
