Your 3rd Month Of Pregnancy!
During the 3rd month of pregnancy, you will start seeing the growing baby bump. From the 3rd month of pregnancy, your baby bump slowly starts coming out and becomes visible in most of the cases. In most of the women, even the morning sickness and nausea reduces during the 3rd month of pregnancy.
There are few other things that should be noticed and looked after during the 3rd month of pregnancy. It is said that women who pass through the 3rd month of pregnancy have minimal chances of an abortion or miscarriage. However, when the woman enters the 3rd month of pregnancy, she needs extra care and attention. Check out what are the things that should be done when you are 3 months pregnant.
Things That Happen During 3rd Month Of Pregnancy:
Baby's Development: The baby's body becomes more balanced and the face details will start becoming clearly visible in scan. The eyes and ears of the baby starts taking shape. Salivary glands, liver, and vocal also starts building. The brain and heart develops from the 3rd month. When you are 3 months pregnant, the muscles of the growing foetus begins to respond to nerve impulses.
Second Scan: The pregnant woman goes for her second ultra sound during the 3rd month of pregnancy. The first is done after 8 weeks of pregnancy. You can see the hands, limbs, feet and face. When you are 10-16 weeks pregnant, your doctor will do this ultra sound scan.
Nausea: When you are 3 months pregnant, your nausea might reduce or continue to haunt you! Try home remedies like smelling ginger and citrus fruits to overcome nausea. By the end of 3rd month, your nausea will reduce with hormones getting more balanced.
Headache: It is a common problem that carries on throughout the pregnancy. However, when you are 3 months pregnant, your headaches can increase due to hormonal imbalance and increased blood flow. Instead of popping headache pills, go for home remedies like having a cup of fresh herbal tea and getting proper sleep.
3rd Month Pregnancy Care: When you are 3 months pregnant, you need to care for your body. Constipation, frequent urination, bloating and dental infections are common during pregnancy. You can also suffer from fatigue during the 3rd month of pregnancy.
Sleep On Your Side: When you are pregnant, you need to focus on your sleeping positions. It is best to sleep on your left side and not on your back or belly.
