4. Keep the armpits clean. Armpit hair can be the home for bacteria and germ. So, always clean the armpit and keep it hair-free.
5. Wear light cotton clothes. Cotton dries easily and also prevents the formation of sweat. Polyester or silk can increase sweat so avoid them.
6. Turmeric has anti-bacterial properties which kill bacteria and also reduces body odour during pregnancy.
7. Apply neem oil on the armpits before going to bed. The anti-bacterial and antiseptic oil is one of the best home remedies to treat body odour during pregnancy.
8. Drink lots of water. It keeps you hydrated and reduces the production of sweat by the sweat glands.
