Reduce Postnatal C Section Scars Naturally!
How to reduce C section scars naturally?
Lemon: This is known as one of the best natural ingredients to reduce scars. Apply lemon slices on the scars after 6 months of the incision. Never apply anything before the incision dries off completely. If your skin burns after applying lemon juice on the scar, dilute the lemon juice and apply. Don't leave the liquid on the marks for more than 3-4 minutes. Wash off with cold water and apply body lotion to avoid getting lose and dry skin.
Tomato paste: To reduce C section scars naturally, apply tomato paste on the incision marks and leave for 20-30 minutes. Apply it everyday on the Cesarean scar on the belly to reduce the marks.
Aloe vera: Take an aloe vera branch and squeeze out the gel from it. Apply on the incision scars and leave overnight. Rinse with cold water and apply body lotion.
Apple cider vinegar: Mix apple cider vinegar with water and apply on the C section scars. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse off with warm water.
