Childhood obesity is very common nowadays. Maintaining a healthy weight for your children is very important. Ensuring that your kids have a proper exercise routine is indeed your duty. When it becomes a habit, there is no doubt that your children will continue doing this throughout their life.
But, waking up early in the morning is not so easy. Parents play a important role in making it a habit.
