Activities To Improve Memory Skills Of Kids
We all know the phrase of 'All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy'. Many of us though ignore this phrase stating it to be cliched. Few parents are into assumption that constant studying improves the memory of their kids and helps them get hooked to the books. Likewise, in this time when most of the kids are constantly into internet surfing and do not get much time for activities.
At the same time physical activities are not recognised or encouraged by many parents thinking it is stressful and just a waste of time. Interestingly, this is not the right assumption because physical outdoor or indoor activities is said to improve memory skills and improve thinking ability of kids.
When we speak about activities to improve memory skills and increasing cognitive abilities, it does not mean that we need to involve the kids into such activities where they feel too much pressure and hectic. There are few activities that are extremely simple and do not require much efforts.
We need to realise the importance of both indoor games and outdoor games as they build self confidence and self esteem that enables them to be pro-active in both their studies and extracurricular activities. Likewise, internet has a negative effect on the children.
