Male infertility is a growing trend among urban youth who tend to be ignorant to some extant and follow stressfully unhealthy lifestyle. Such unhealthy lifestyles tend to add more misery among men when it comes to their fertility. Improper diet and erratic work hours tend to add lot of stress and impact negatively on their overall health. In this competitive environment most men tend to be caught up in the moment ignoring basic health that directly affects their fertility and performance with partner.

Infertility can be avoided by following a healthy lifestyle and consuming a nutritious diet. Regular physical activity helps in increasing metabolism that in turn will have positive impact on your life and health. Infertility is mostly caused by smoking habits. Smoking causes impotency and performance anxiety. Excessive alcohol consumption and alcohol abuse results in infertility.
