Want to conceive if you are fat:
Blood test: You have to test if you have thyroid. If you are not detected with thyroid, you can easily lose weight before conceiving. Even little weight loss can help you get pregnant. Don't go for crash diets. Instead workout and follow a healthy low fat diet to lose weight and increase fertility.
Check menstrual cycle: Before conceiving, you have to check your menstrual cycle regardless of the body weight! Little body fat is fine but overweight can be troublesome. Regular menstrual cycle makes it easy to read the ovulation calender.
Try positions: As the woman is overweight, trying to conceive can be difficult. This is because the sperm can't enter deep inside due to heavy weight. You can try some positions which allow deeper penetration and also makes it easy to stay inside and mix with female egg.
Eat fertility foods: Include foods which improves fertility and increases the chances to conceive even if you are fat. Food rich in folic acid helps get pregnant fast. Soy products, split beans, egg yolk, potatoes, wheat flour, cabbage, asparagus, beetroot, bananas, broccoli and Brussels sprout are rich in folic acid
Check PCOS: Overweight women with imbalance of hormones or PCOS can't conceive easily. This is because they don't ovulate do not ovulate without intervention.
