from

The exotic range of seafood is sure to tantalise your taste buds! The dishes include Sorraputtu (Shark fish mince with south Indian spices), Ellneer Payasam (Tender coconut water payasam) from Chennai, Bommidayalu Pulusu and Chandrakanthalu (Lentil and coconut dumpling) from Vishakhapatnam, Karimeen Tawa Fry, Pazha Pradhaman (Banana Payasam) from Kerala, Dried Bombay Duck (Taleila Bombil), Crab Malwani, Ambaradi, Phannas Vadi from Mumbai, Mangalorean fish curry, Bangude Pulimunchi, Ishwana Sukke and Chemmeen Theeyal from Kerala.
